Located in the heart of Umbria, among the green hills of Gualdo Cattaneo, is the innovative Craft Brewery of Mastri Birrai Umbri. Its beer is a project born directly from the land of Umbria: over a thousand hectares are cultivated with care and attention to grow the best raw materials. Besides spelt, barley and wheat, our fields provide us with the ingredients that give our beers a unique and exclusive flavour such as aromatic hops, chickling peas and lentils. Through the tour we will take you to visit our production sites: in the Maltificio you will understand the transformation of barley, the real meaning of km0, one of the shortest supply chains in Italy and in the world; you will touch the raw materials, which, once the maltification process is over, go directly into the adjoining Cooking Hall. You will enter the heart of the brewery's technological brewing room and meet the master brewers in person. Finally, you can complete your visit with a well-deserved tasting session! Territoriality, authenticity and passion: three great values that come together to create a product that goes beyond the boundaries of taste. A unique and refined beer that combines centuries of taste culture with a territory rich in flavours and traditions such as Umbria. A work to be savoured and shared.
