The farmhouse overlooks the entire hillside. in the wine cellar the house wine is produced using artisanal methods and respect for nature. in the osteria the wine is accompanied by traditional dishes. the land where the osteria and wine cellar are located was once a hare farm that. as soon as we bought it, we set it free, giving life to the farm free hare cm CENTUMBRIE. | the farm's fields are home to vegetable gardens, olive groves, grains and a lot of unspoilt nature. we breed free-range hares, as in the most traditional local farms, as well as farmyard animals such as goats, pigs and a few other livestock. they live in the wild and in perfect harmony with the surrounding nature; they help us to be sustainable, to carry out our zero-waste policy by making production waste, such as the bran from processed grains or vegetable scraps from our kitchens, tasty dishes of their diet.
