Arrival in Umbria scheduled after lunch, accommodation in a 3* farmhouse / hotel. In the afternoon, visit Rasiglia, the village of free streams (suggested visit).

Rasiglia today preserves intact its medieval atmosphere, with its narrow, winding streets , stone houses and cobbled lanes that invite you to a pleasant stroll through history and tradition. The village is also renowned for its lively community and craft traditions that are still handed down from generation to generation. Rasiglia is enlivened by cultural and folkloric events that celebrate its traditions and heritage, such as thelive nativity scene during the Christmas festivities and the 'Penelope a Rasiglia' festival, dedicated to the art of weaving.

In the evening, around 20:30, you can enjoy a rich welcome dinner in a restaurant selected by us - drinks included. After dinner, return to your accommodation and overnight stay.

Breakfast and departure for the Valnerina, to enjoy an experience of great emotional impact, amidst adrenalin and ever-new landscapes in just a few strokes of the oar; river rafting is certainly one of the most fun and exciting activities to be enjoyed in Umbria. On board an unsinkable dinghy, accompanied by our expert instructor, we will launch ourselves on a descent on torrents, pushed by the river's water currents, among places of great natural interest that would otherwise be inaccessible: rock walls, waterfalls, woods and large meadows. All the necessary equipment for the experience will be provided (wetsuit, jackets, helmets and neoprene shoes) and on arrival from the descent you will find changing rooms with hot showers. What to bring: swimming costume, slippers, towels and shower essentials.

After the rafting descent, we reach a local restaurant nearby where we will enjoy a typical Umbrian lunch with drinks included.

A few kilometres further on, and you will reach the Marmore waterfall, which, with its 165 metres divided into 3 jumps, is the highest in Europe. The waterfall is part of the Terni Valnerina territory and the Nera River Park, also known as the Parco Fluviale delle Acque (Water Park), a protected area that finds its point of excellence in the waterfall: an environment extraordinarily rich in cultural, historical and environmental evidence. You will have time to visit the waterfall paths independently, relax at one of the many belvederes, refresh yourself at a refreshment point, buy some souvenirs and, above all, take photos and selfies to take the extraordinary beauty of this place with you. Spoleto and the Spoleto Valley have become the symbol of Umbria: of its natural charm, its artistic beauty, the poetry that envelops it, the mysticism that was experienced there and continues to emanate from it. Spoleto, ancient capital of the Lombard dukes, will leave you breathless thanks to the wealth of its historical and artistic heritage: Rocca Albornoziana, Ponte delle Torri, Teatro Romano, Piazza del Duomo.
