Arrival in Umbria after lunch and accommodation in 3* Hotel / Agriturismo between Assisi and Perugia according to availability and delivery of tickets for Eurochocolate. Afternoon free for individual visits or to attend Eurochocolate.

In the evening, rich welcome dinner at an agriturismo / restaurant selected by us for the quality of the food and the perfect representation of Umbrian culinary tradition - drinks included.

Return to accommodation and overnight stay.

This morning you will have a super fun experience exploring the Umbrian countryside, driving over any terrain: mud, stones, water... The quad bike doesn't ask for anything better! Riding a quad bike is a truly incredible experience and few can resist the temptation to return after trying it. Its versatility, combined with the comfort of riding even for two people, makes it a fun means of travel. No special driving skills are required: after the first few metres, you'll be able to drive with confidence and you won't want to get off! Accompanied by our guide, following an easy nature trail, you will discover the wonderful landscapes of the Umbrian landscape and also enjoy a stop in the woods, in the midst of nature, for a delicious aperitif.

After the quad bike tour, we reach Valtopina for a special food and wine experience: La Caccia al Tartufo (Truffle Hunting). Truffle hunting in Umbria is an ancient tradition and our region produces the largest number of black truffles in Italy, the quality of which is famous throughout the world. Today, together with our experienced truffle hunter and his faithful dog, we will learn all about this tradition: the different types of truffles, their cultivation, their value, the search with a dog, and the uses of this product in cooking. And for those who still have some questions at the end of the hunt? Don't worry, the experience will end with a delicious tasting-lunch in the forest that will dispel any doubts!

Breakfast at the hotel, last day dedicated to Eurochocolate and Perugia. Before departing, we visit the regional capital and take a walk through its beautiful historic centre.

Perugia is the Umbrian capital that represents many cities in one, all fascinating and all full of history. Among the many monuments, incredible works of art, Etruscan remains and the green countryside, the symbol of Perugia par excellence is probably the Fontana Maggiore with its marble basins decorated with sculpted bas-reliefs. Then there is the Etruscan arch, an enormous gateway to ancient Perusia with travertine blocks. Other buildings to admire include the Palazzo dei Priori (now the Town Hall), the Palazzo del Capitano del Popolo or di Giustizia, the palace of the old University, Palazzo degli Oddi Marini Clarelli, Palazzo Sorbello, Palazzo della Penna, and the Rocca Paolina.
