Truffle hunting in Umbria is an ancient tradition. Umbria produces the largest number of black truffles in Italy, the quality of which is famous worldwide. Truffles are an integral part of Umbrian cuisine and culture. That of the truffle hunter is hard work made up of deep love for the land, intelligent observation, anticipation and great satisfaction. We will take advantage of his wise guide, assisted by an incomparable four-legged scout, to learn the secrets of this noble tuber through a nature trail of great beauty. Tasting and lunch after the truffle hunt - drinks included.
In the afternoon, we will reach the stables where, after a brief introduction to horse riding and getting to know this noble animal, we will begin a relaxing horseback ride along the enchanting Franciscan trail through landscapes of unspoilt beauty, spirituality and fragments of precious history unique to the world.

In the afternoon we reach a local riding school for a pleasant horseback ride. After a brief introduction to horse riding and the approach to this noble animal, a relaxing horseback ride along the enchanting Franciscan trail through landscapes of pristine beauty, spirituality and fragments of precious history will begin.
