On this excursion, you will discover everything you might not expect from Umbria! River rafting is definitely one of the most exciting and fun activities to experience in Umbria. On board an unsinkable dinghy and accompanied by our expert instructors, we launch ourselves on a descent down the river, pushed by its water currents, through places of great natural interest that would otherwise be inaccessible: rock walls, waterfalls, woods and large meadows. At the end of the excursion, after showering and changing, we reach a local restaurant where we enjoy a delicious typical Umbrian lunch. A few kilometres and we reach the Marmore waterfall, which, with its 165 metres divided into 3 jumps, is the highest in Europe. It spills into the valley formed by the Nera river, an environment extraordinarily rich in cultural, historical and natural heritage. Together with the guide, we will visit the waterfall along its hiking trails and also have free time to take photos and relax at one of its many viewpoints.

- We begin our day visiting Assisi, the old town and the Franciscan places: Basilica of San Francesco, Church of Santa Chiara, Piazza del Comune, Cathedral of San Rufino, Church of San Damiano. - River rafting is certainly one of the most exciting and exciting activities to live in Umbria. Aboard an unsinkable raft, we launch ourselves into an adventurous descent, pushed by water currents, through places of great naturalistic interest otherwise inaccessible: rock walls, waterfalls, woods and large meadows.- The Cascade of Marmore is the highest in Europe. It pours into the valley formed by the river Black, an environment extraordinarily rich in cultural, historical and naturalistic heritage. The botanical guides will provide fascination even for children.
