Arrival in Assisi and accommodation in a 3* hotel. Free lunch and independent visit to Assisi, a Franciscan place par excellence, not only in Umbria and Italy, but in the whole world. In the afternoon, there is an exciting guided quad bike excursion along a nature trail lasting about 1.5 hours. The excursion ends with a pleasant stop in the forest of San Francesco, in the midst of nature, for a tasty aperitif included. Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

Breakfast at the hotel and departure for Terni, to visit the Marmore Falls, the second highest in Europe, and its beautiful nature trails. Free time to visit its numerous belvederes and to take numerous photos and immortalise the beauty of this magical place. Entrance ticket included.

After visiting the Marmore waterfall, we reach a local restaurant for a typical Umbrian lunch. After lunch, we will take a leisurely guided kayak excursion on the river, amidst the greenery that characterises the Valnerina. All equipment will be provided (helmet, wetsuit, booties and life jacket) and our expert instructor will be with you throughout the canoe trip. On your return, you can take a hot shower and change your clothes again.

Before returning to the hotel, we suggest you make a stop in Spoleto, a picturesque and austere city that brings with it an ancient history and is also one of Umbria's main tourist centres. Here you can visit the Rocca Albornoziana, the Ponte delle Torri, the Roman Theatre, and Piazza del Duomo.

This morning you will have a unique experience by participating in an authentic 'Truffle Hunt'. You will discover the secrets of this traditional activity and learn all about this splendid tuber, pride of the Umbrian territory. The experience will end with a delicious lunch-tasting in the middle of the forest. In the afternoon you will visit Rasiglia, also called 'the village of springs', a unique and fascinating place that not everyone knows about, a jewel of the Umbrian region that you cannot miss.

Breakfast at the hotel and departure for the beautiful city of Orvieto, to visit its beautiful historic centre, the Duomo and the Pozzo di San Patrizio. Lunch in a local restaurant with drinks included. In the afternoon, we visit Orvieto underground, accompanied by a guide who will explain the secrets of this magnificent place. Today we will go to the Menotre Valley, where you will see a hermitage protected by the rugged rock from which you can observe a breathtaking panorama. Your guide will accompany you throughout the hike and visit the village of Pale, discovering springs, waterfalls and caves. Lunch in a local restaurant with drinks included. After lunch you will reach Foligno, where you will have free time to visit the town. Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

In the morning there will be a pleasant excursion by kayak to Lake Trasimeno, a splendid stretch of water that reflects the beauty of the colours of the sky in its warm waters. In about 30\40 min you will reach the shores of Isola Polvese, where you can moor your canoe and take a walk or a swim in the lake. Typical Umbrian lunch included. You will then return by kayak to dry land and stroll through one of the surrounding villages around Lake Trasimeno. Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

This morning we will visit Perugia, the capital of the Umbrian region. You will have the opportunity to freely view the architectural wonders of this town and appreciate the many works of art in its public buildings and its beautiful cathedral. Lunch is provided in one of the local restaurants in the historic centre - drinks included. Returnto accommodation, dinner and overnight stay.
