Depending on the time of year and the seasonality of the products, Mara, the owner and farmer's cook, will create a complete tasting session, with the preparation of homemade pasta, our famous torta al testo (an ancient bread, typical of Umbria) stuffed with cold cuts from our farm, and a traditional cake, as well as a taste of our restaurant's signature dessert: tiramisu.
Our cooking classes, open to all, will allow you to discover the authentic flavours of Umbrian peasant cuisine, genuine and rich in flavour. Depending on the season and the seasonality of the products, Mara, the owner and peasant cook, will create a complete tasting session, with the preparation of homemade pasta, our famous torta al testo (an ancient bread, typical of Umbria) stuffed with salami from our farm, and a traditional cake, as well as a taste of our restaurant's signature dessert: tiramisu.
For the preparations we use the freshest raw materials, sourced directly from our 0 km farm, to guarantee the authenticity of each dish.
By booking the exclusive experience, it will be possible to request and prepare a customised menu.
The lesson will be conducted in pairs or small groups, up to a maximum of 10 people, in order to be able to give the right attention and support to all participants.The experience includes the preparation and tasting of the dishes.

Workshop Culinario: la tradizione umbra nel piattoLe nostre cooking class, aperte a tutti, vi permetteranno di scoprire i sapori autentici della cucina contadina umbra, genuina e ricca di sapore.A seconda del periodo e della stagionalità dei prodotti, Mara, titolare e cuoca contadina, creerà una degustazione completa, con la preparazione di pasta fatta in casa, della nostra famosa torta al testo (un antico pane, tipico dell’Umbria) farcita con i salumi del nostro allevamento e di un dolce della tradizione, oltre ad un assaggio del dessert di punta del nostro ristorante: il tiramisù.Per le preparazioni verranno utilizzate materie prime freschissime, provenienti direttamente dalla nostra azienda agricola a km 0, per garantire la genuinità in ogni piatto.
