We are in Collemancio at 'Ristorante Il Rientro', where since 1978 the tradition of Umbrian cuisine lives on in our chef's dishes. Local products such as truffles, porcini mushrooms, Cannara onions, extra virgin olive oil and game, enhance the handmade pastas and meats cooked in the large fireplace in the centre of the room.
