Our kitchen, the enogastronomic emblem of our agritourism structure, proposes traditional Umbrian country dishes and family recipes prepared mainly with our organic products or with products from supply chain agreements, skilfully cooked by the hands of Mama Doriana. We give our customers the opportunity to taste different types of dishes every week, respecting the seasonality of the products and the Umbrian tradition of seasonal customs, in addition to the usual menu. Maximum attention is paid to offering traditional Umbrian Gluten Free, Vegan and Vegetarian dishes. Our customers also have the possibility to taste the typical dishes we cook directly in their homes, choosing from our sweet and savoury proposals.
