Our chef Delfina has lived in Saragano all her life and brings to CECI's kitchen recipes and processes that have been handed down from generation to generation, while also managing to mix influences from all over the world. Most of our ingredients come from our own garden or from local farmers who cultivate their fields in a sustainable way and raise animals in a respectful manner.
