• 15 June Sunsets from Subasio. A circular hike of 9 km with meeting at 6 p.m. at the Square of the Eremo delle Carceri. Packed dinner. End of activity at 10 p.m.
• 22nd June Sunrise on Mount Subasio. Meeting at 5 a.m. at the Pineta della Sportella del Subasio for a hike of 7.5 km to Mortaro Grande. End of hike at 9 a.m.
• 23 June Full moon on Mount Subasio. Meeting at 9 p.m. at the Pineta della Sportella del Subasio for a hike of 9.5 km.
• 28 June Yoga and Trekking at Sunset in the Mount Subasio Park. Meeting at 6 p.m. in Loc. La Bolsella.
• 29 June Ring route in the Hamlet of the Pink Stone. Meeting at 9 a.m. in San Giovanni di Collepino. Trekking of 12 km. End of activity at 1 p.m.

JULY 2024

• 2nd July Yoga and Trekking at Sunset in the Mount Subasio Park. Meeting at 6 p.m. in Loc. Stazzi.
• 7 July Photographic excursion. Meeting at 9 a.m. in Loc. Stazzi. Loop route of 11 km.
• 13 and 14 July Ascent to the Mount. Sensory and recreational experience in the park. Excursions to discover the forest and the abbey. Diffuse concerts by Micrologus.
• 21 July Bimbincammino - Emotions in Nature. Umbrian legends and fairy tales. A 6 km route suitable for families and children (aged 4 to 12). Meeting at 9 a.m in Loc. Stazzi.
• 27 July Cooking Lab at Buccilli Mill. Walk to discover one of the most hidden corners of Mount Subasio. Meeting at 16:00 at Mulino Buccilli.
• 28 July Discovering monumental trees. 8 km loop hike between Eremo delle Carceri and Sassopiano. Meeting at 9 a.m. at the Eremo delle Carceri car park. 

AUGUST 2024

• 4 August In the lands of Armentum. Appointment at 9 a.m. in Armenzano and Trekking of 11 km .
• 10 August Porziano under the stars. Ring excursion between San Presto and Porziano. Sky observation in collaboration with the Gruppo Astrofili Monte Subasio. Appointment at 5 p.m. for a 9 km trek.
• 11 August  Excursion to Costa di Trex. Loop trek of 11 km. Appointment at 9 a.m. in the hamlet of the same name.
• 14 August Tra-Monti dal Subasio. Photographic excursion to Mount Subasio. Accompanied by professional photographers, we will try to capture with our lenses some of the corners and suggestions of the area. Meeting at 4:30 p.m. in Loc. Stazzi.
• 16 August Moon observation from Madonna della Spella. Meeting at 6:30 p.m. at the Pineta della Sportella del Subasio for a hike of 5.5 km. Packed dinner.
• 19 August Full moon walk. Meeting at 7 p.m. at the Square of the Eremo delle Carceri. Itinerary of 14 km. Packed dinner. Return at 11 p.m.
• 25 August Yoga and Trekking in the Mount Subasio Park. Loop hike and Yoga in the  Mortaro Grande. Appointment at 8 a.m. in Loc. Stazzi.

SEPTEMBER 2024

• 1 September Satriano Walk. Excursion along the route of the ride that recalls the journey of the dying Saint Francis from Nocera Umbra to Assisi and his return to his home town. Meeting at 9 a.m. in Loc. Colfulignato.
• 8 September Ring of the Three Mortari. 12-km ecological loop hike. Meeting point at 9 a.m. in Loc. Stazzi.

OCTOBER 2024

• 13 October Planet Earth Week. The Mountain of Saint Francis. Inclusive hike on the summit meadows of Mount Subasio. Appointment at 9 a.m. in Loc. Stazzi. 

WHAT TO BRING

Clothing: hiking shoes, thermal underwear, long trousers, short-sleeved shirt, hat, k-way or cape, sunglasses, sun cream. 

In your rucksack: water at least 2 litres, easily digestible snacks, spare T-shirt and socks, rain cape, torch.
